Thank you! / Wednesday

Todays class was more challenging. For me and all the participants. Could not get the sound to work, which really threw me off. After todays news earlier, perhaps I felt too reassured and confident. The ego, the ego coming through. ;-) But everyone played along nicely and the feedback was good, so I am happy. The flow was a bit more energetic than Monday, focused on heart-opening with soft backbends. Thanks to everyone who participated and made it another wonderful evening.
