the Ross Rayburn workshop in Munich @Airyoga this weekend was great. Very uplifting and providing much inspiration for new classes.

On December 19th/20, Isabel and I will have a surprise for you. We haven't sorted all the details yet, but it will be our little Christmas treat. More information to follow.

As usual Monday nights you can join the Lunar Flow - Deep & Slow. 20:45 @myShanti.

I am also planning some new special open classes and will send out information soon.

Hope you are all well and ready for a relaxing Christmas time. I know the weather is confusing at the moment, but I am sure the snow will come.

der Ross Rayburn workshop im AIRYOGA München war phantastisch. Interessant und inspirierend - das werde ich alles in neue Stunden einfliessen lassen.

Bald geht's weiter - also schonmal eintragen in den Kalender:
Am 19./20. Dezember planen Isabel und ich eine kleine Überraschung für Euch - damit Ihr Euch richtig auf die Feiertage einstimmen könnt. Wir müssen noch ein paar Einzelheiten klären, aber demnächst gibt es mehr Informationen.

Wie immer findet Montags, 20:45 Uhr der Lunar Flow im myShanti statt. Geht wunderbar unter die Haut.

Ich plane auch wieder offene Stunden und schicke dazu bald mehr Informationen per eMail.

Hoffentlich geht es Euch gut. Freut Euch auf eine entspannte Weihnachtszeit. Das Wetter verwirrt zwar im Moment mehr, als das es bei der Einstimmung hilft, aber das wird schon noch.
